We offer a low-cost training and technical support remote access service to be purchased to solve those annoying problems or for one of our Trainers to help you use a computing application.
Our staff have a wealth of experience in providing technical support and training to employees of corporate companies and organisations through to individuals at home. We have staff who specialise in a wide variety of Access Technologies serving a range of need including visual impairment and Dyslexia.
When delivering training, we can either talk to you on the telephone or using the Skype Internet Telephony free software, whichever you prefer. Training notes can be provided in text format or an audio recording of the training session can be made.
