1 Hour Online Training/Support Information
We offer a low-cost training and technical support remote access service to be purchased to solve those annoying problems or for one of our Trainers to help you use a computing application.
Our staff have a wealth of experience in providing technical support and training to employees of corporate companies and organisations through to individuals at home. We have staff who specialise in a wide variety of Access Technologies serving a range of need including visual impairment and Dyslexia.
When delivering training, we can either talk to you on the telephone or using the Skype Internet Telephony free software, whichever you prefer. Training notes can be provided in text format or an audio recording of the training session can be made.
How to Purchase
- Call our offices on 01782-792222 or e-mail Enquiries@astec-at.co.uk to discuss your training requirements with one of our consultants. Training can be delivered in several hourly blocks over a number of weeks if necessary to ensure complete flexibility.
- When the objectives and the number of hours have been agreed you can make payment using a credit or debit card. The cost is £40.00 per hour (excluding VAT).
- The training or support date is agreed upon and will take place.
